These Terms govern your use of bepivot.com, operated by BE Pivot Inc. ("BE Pivot," "we," "us"). By using the site you agree to them.

1. The site. bepivot.com describes BE Pivot and its services. It is provided as is and may change at any time.
2. Your use. Use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with it, scrape it at a rate that harms it, or attempt to access it without authorization.
3. Our content. The text, logos and designs on the site belong to BE Pivot or its licensors. You may share links and quote short excerpts with credit. Other uses need our written permission.
4. Social media publishing. Where we publish to a social account, we do so only on the instruction of that account's owner or administrator, who can revoke our access at any time (see the Privacy Policy). Each platform's own terms also apply to that account.
5. Third-party sites. Links to other sites are not endorsements; we are not responsible for their content.
6. No warranty; limits. To the extent the law allows, the site is provided without warranties, and BE Pivot is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Governing law. Texas law governs these Terms, with venue in Travis County, Texas.
